A beach condo that overlooks the entire bay and city. It is built on the side of a hill above Los Muertos Beach, considered the best beach in Puerto Vallarta. The Villa has 25 units spread out on 8 floors. On the roof there is the swimming pool, a BBQ pit and lounge chairs for sun tanning. In the evening you can gaze at the star studded sky above while enjoying a drink with friends.

Since the building is on the side of a hill, there are two exits: one on the street below where you walk about 20 feet to a public stairwell that puts you on the beach; the other is on the road above where you can catch a bus or taxi right in front of the building. From either exit it is only a 15 minute walk to the Romantic area which is lined with restaurants, sidewalk cafes and many interesting small shops. A perfect place to practice your Spanish. However not necessary since most places speak some English.

The condo building was built in 1991 and in 2001 I moved down here permanently and put $35,000 usd into the condo to make it a dream home. It has every convenience you can think of: washer and dryer right in the unit split level air conditioning units, beautiful stereo system, top of the line furnishings. In fact, the dinning room table alone cost $3,000 usd. The bathroom is a dream. It has beveled mirrors with indirect lighting, stained glass windows and extra large bathtub, done in beautiful blue tiles, that holds four people. This one bedroom deluxe condo, which sleeps four, has a private balcony where you can dine while enjoying the view of the entire bay.
